A native Android workout app with an AI coach, a library of about 870 exercises and two-way Health Connect sync, so Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch data show up in the app. Every exercise is drawn in the app as an animated figure with front and back muscle maps, so it works offline with no photos.

What it does
- Today screen with a readiness ring, AI recommendations and live Health Connect stats
- Offline plan generator (full body, upper/lower or push/pull/legs) by goal, level, equipment and schedule
- Workout player with an animated illustration, rep and weight logging, a rest timer, voice cues and progression suggestions
- Coach chat that knows your plan, your logged sets and today's health data
- Finished workouts are written back to Health Connect
How it’s built
- Procedural illustration engine: 42 movement patterns with props, and a classifier that maps all 876 exercises to one
- Exercise data from the public-domain free-exercise-db, chosen after reviewing other datasets' licences
- Compose UI tests render every screen and walk a full workout; 3.6 MB APK
