Real activities earn XP in matching stats (Strength, Intellect, Craft and Spirit), goals become quests with a boss step, and friends join as a party. GitHub contributions and Health Connect or Apple Health workouts sync on their own.

What it does
- Hero screen with a level ring, daily goal, streak and weekly XP
- Quests generated from your goals, with a quest map and boss HP
- Parties with invite codes, shared quests, a feed and cheers
- GitHub contributions become Craft XP; workouts become Strength and Spirit
How it’s built
- Game rules as pure functions, such as a streak bonus capped at +50% and a level curve of 50·L·(L−1)
- Syncs are idempotent and tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM
- 27 backend and 7 app tests
